Through her company, Dattner Grant, Fabian facilitates and supports a range of high profile Australian organisations in leadership development and strategic transformation. She also has a number of commercial and community achievements to her credit. She has penned three books on leadership and has been included in many others, including works on successful women in leadership in Australia . She is widely recognised as a highly effective change strategist, facilitator, teacher and social entrepreneur. She has been cited by Australia's premier business magazine, The Bulletin , as one of Australia's top 100 contributors, she has twice been a runner up in the state Telstra business women's awards, she regularly contributes to various media around Australia on leadership issues, and is a monthly guest on the ABC, Tony Delroy program. She has personally interviewed over 5,000 working Australians in over 300 organisations in over 30 industries. Her insights into leadership and her fearlessness in challenging leaders to consider more inclusive, and indeed more profitable forms of leadership are well acknowledged. She is described as down to earth, informed, entertaining and provocative.
